Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
The Fundraising Database Associate performs essential daily tasks to ensure the CRM database used by members of the fundraising team remains up to date and accurate. They will also assist donors who have questions or concerns about their donations.
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized, detail- and deadline-oriented individual who is a proactive problem-solver and an excellent communicator. This position is located in our New York Office. The anticipated employment duration for this role is October 2026 through January 2027.
Master manual and automated multi-step processes for uploading donor and donation information.
Manually and securely process credit card donations received via mail and over the telephone.
Sort, scan, and send out checks for processing by external vendors.
Provide fast, accurate customer support to donors and supporters via telephone, email, and mail.
Provide acknowledgment letters to donors.
Maintain the integrity of Everytown's donor database.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Professional experience in an administrative or operations role.
Previous experience with donor database systems.
Ability to discreetly handle confidential donor information
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization that is in an open-plan office, 3 days a week.
Ability to rapidly shift between multiple projects and priorities
