Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of data entry and data management in Salesforce.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Self-starter with independent judgment, able to work autonomously or in a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for donor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Master donor data entry and batch gift processing in Salesforce.
• Support data quality and reporting for grants, finance, development, and marketing.
• Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship tasks.
