Job summary

Mission Graduates in San Francisco seeks a Development Manager to oversee donor relations, cultivation, and development operations, reporting to the Director of Development and working with the Chief Development Officer.

The role includes managing donor database, coordinating campaigns and events, and generating reports for leadership and the Board, with hybrid in-office schedule and evening/weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in project and event management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with donor relationships and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relations, cultivation, and donor database.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns across channels.
• Prepare mail appeals and donor communications.
• Lead donor anniversary and lapsed donor outreach.
• Provide monthly giving reports and dashboards.
• Support events planning and logistics for fundraising events.
• Maintain Salesforce data health and train new staff.
