Job summary

Fulfill, the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, seeks a Donor Relations Associate to support gift processing, data integrity, and donor acknowledgments from a Neptune, NJ base. You will work within the Development & External Relations team to advance fundraising and outreach goals.

Responsibilities include Raiser's Edge NXT gift processing, donor records maintenance, event support, and volunteer coordination, with a focus on accuracy and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience with database management, with Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Manage Gift Processing from receipt to stewardship in Raiser's Edge and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain donor records and oversee gift acknowledgements and mailings.
• Support donor relations, including events, drives, and community engagement activities.
• Provide back-up at the Neptune reception desk and assist during peak food drive seasons.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain proper documentation and reporting.
