Job summary

Fulfill, the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, seeks a Donor Relations Associate to join our Development & External Relations team in Neptune. You will manage gift processing, ensure data integrity, issue acknowledgments, and support fundraising campaigns and food/fund drives.

The role involves donor records maintenance, RSVP lists for events, coordinating with volunteers, and representing Fulfill at community activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience with database management, Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Raiser's Edge Gift Processing: manage donor data, gift processing and acknowledgments.
• Donor Relations: serve as first contact for donor calls and staff events.
• Maintain donor records and ensure audit compliance through data integrity.
• Support events, volunteers, and community engagement activities.
