Job summary

• 0-2 years of experience in office, customer service, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enter donations daily (including gifts, matching donations, monthly gifts, credit card processing, online gifts, lockbox deposits, stock gifts, pledge gifts, ACH gifts).
• Enter Lockbox and GoFundMePro gifts weekly.
• Serve as the first line of contact for donor inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Update acknowledgement letters and templates; manage letterhead and envelopes inventory.
• Reconcile gifts monthly with Finance; produce canned reports on request.
