Job summary

William Jewell College is seeking a part-time Advancement team member to accurately record, code, and acknowledge all financial contributions. The role maintains donor database integrity, tracks restricted funds, and collaborates with the finance team to reconcile donations.

It creates and maintains donor records and provides written correspondence to all College donors on behalf of the President and the Office of Advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office and learning college records systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily gifts into the CRM promptly.
• Prepare and send acknowledgment letters and receipts to donors.
• Create and distribute daily reports for reconciliation.
• Maintain event records and donor records in the database.
• Update constituent information in the CRM; act as primary contact for demographics.
