Job summary

Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County is seeking a Donor Records Coordinator to accurately record donations in the donor database and prepare timely acknowledgments for each gift.

This full-time, hourly position is non-exempt and pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday–Thursday and 8:00 AM–3:30 PM Friday, reporting to the VP Marketing & Development.

Collaborative team environment with cross-department interaction.

Qualifications

• Administrative office and data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large volume of data entry.

Responsibilities

• Track and record donations in the donor database.
• Prepare and mail acknowledgments for each gift in a timely manner.
• Interact with donors, volunteers, staff and community.
• Generate reports from Raiser's Edge, Access and Excel.
• Support marketing and development events as needed.
