Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a financial data entry, bookkeeping, or donation processing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management systems/CRMs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile all incoming donations accurately.
• Accurately enter donation and non-donation receipts into Raiser’s Edge.
• Communicate with donors and payment processors to handle inquiries.
• Prepare official donor tax receipts in compliance with regulations.
• Leverage Excel to analyze and organize financial data.
