Keys to Change in Phoenix seeks a Fundraising Database Specialist to own the donor database, ensure data integrity, and support fundraising communications and reports. You will work closely with the Development Manager to improve donor stewardship and drive fundraising campaigns with accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant nonprofit experience.
• 1-3 years nonprofit fundraising operations or donor database experience.
• Experience managing a CRM and gift processing, data integrity, and reporting.
• Certification in Virtuous CRM within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM donor database, including donations, receipting, and acknowledgments.
• Oversee data migrations, input donor data, and data health.
• Digitize donor documentation for accessibility and ease of use.
• Generate donor reports and reconcile with finance.
• Support donor communications for campaigns and events.
• Assist with setup, execution, and volunteering at events.
