Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years in financial data entry, accounts receivable, or donation processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; experience with donor management systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge) preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail with high data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact professionally with staff, volunteers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile all donations (checks, credit cards, and online) across multiple platforms.
• Accurately enter donations into Raiser's Edge and accounting system; maintain donor records.
• Communicate with donors and payment processors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Prepare official donor receipts and manage reporting calendars per regulations.
• Use Excel to analyze and organize financial data to support donor trends and data integrity.
