Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process charitable gifts, pledges, and related payments in the advancement database.
• Maintain donor and constituent records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments, receipts, and personalized communications.
• Coordinate with campus units to resolve gift processing questions and data discrepancies.
• Support donor stewardship activities and endowment reporting.
