Job summary

The Asian Community Center of Sacramento Valley, Inc. is seeking a Fund Development Communications Coordinator to manage the donor database and CRM systems, ensuring accurate donor records, gift processing, and timely acknowledgments.

You will support reporting, data analysis, and fundraising initiatives, collaborating with the Fund Development Director, finance staff, donors, volunteers, and community partners to improve donor engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred in nonprofit management, business or related field.
• 2–4 years’ donor services, fundraising operations, or CRM administration experience.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems, preferably Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Excellent reporting skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for ACC's donor database and CRM systems.
• Process gifts, pledges, recurring donations, and in-kind contributions.
• Generate donor and fundraising reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and high-quality donor stewardship.
