Pinellas Education Foundation seeks a Database Specialist to manage the donor and development database, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and secure data stewardship. You will support gift processing, reporting, and data analysis to bolster fundraising operations.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will optimize CRM workflows, perform audits, and provide staff training while collaborating with teams on events and fundraising initiatives.

The Database Specialist is responsible for the management, integrity, and strategic use of the organization’s donor and development database. This role reports to the Chief Development Officer and supports fundraising operations through gift processing, reporting, data analysis, system administration, prospect research support, and continuous improvement of development processes and data practices.
