The Diocese of Tyler is seeking a Development Database Coordinator to serve as the central administrator of the donor database, ensuring data integrity and timely gift processing. You will support fundraising, stewardship, and decision‑making with reliable data, reports, and automated workflows.

Responsibilities include advanced querying, reporting, donor engagement, and staff training on development technology. The role is hybrid in Tyler, TX with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT preferred.
• Nonprofit development or donor relations experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator of Raiser’s Edge NXT with data integrity and security.
• Create and run queries, reports, dashboards, and data exports.
• Train staff on development technology and procedures.
• Coordinate gift processing, acknowledgments, and donor recognition.
• Automate workflows with Power Automate and integrate systems.
