Mentoring Alliance in Tyler, TX is seeking a Development Support Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and project support to the Director of Development and the Executive Director, helping cultivate donor relationships and advance the ministry.

This role emphasizes donor stewardship, event coordination, and maintaining accurate donor records while collaborating with advisory councils, volunteers, and community partners to sustain fundraising initiatives across the Greater Tyler

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required and related experience preferred.
