Job summary

Eye Thrive is seeking a Donor Data Coordinator to maintain donor and gift records, process donations, and manage the CRM. The role supports donor engagement, reporting, and events while ensuring data accuracy in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities include updating CRM records, coordinating thank-you follow-ups, preparing development reports, and supporting audits and special events. Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and donor data is preferred

Responsibilities

• Record and code donations in CRM for donor tracking
• Execute thank-you protocol and follow-up with donors
• Maintain accurate donor records and communication preferences
• Process donations/reimbursements weekly
• Prepare development reports and moves management reports
• Support events with registration, logistics, and data entry
• Maintain CRM processes and support annual development plan
• Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and outcomes
