Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Development Database Coordinator in Washington, DC on a temporary basis. The role focuses on donor management, data integrity, and high-volume data entry using Raiser's Edge NXT and Raiser's Edge.

The position supports fundraising operations and requires strong Excel skills for large datasets. The ideal candidate has nonprofit development experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or Raiser's Edge required.
Experience processing and reconciling charitable gifts and donations.
Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets.
Nonprofit development or fundraising operations experience preferred.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile fundraising gifts and donations while maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT.
Perform high-volume data entry, reporting, and database maintenance to support fundraising operations.
Work with large Excel datasets to clean, verify, and analyze donor and gift information.
Ensure data integrity through ongoing quality control and attention to detail.
Support development operations projects and participate in knowledge transfer and cross-training activities.
