Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an Advancement Services Manager to support fundraising, donor engagement, and stewardship initiatives. You will manage data, gift processing, reporting, and prospect research within Raiser's Edge NXT, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with the Advancement team and Finance to deliver analytics, forecasting, and donor stewardship programs that strengthen relationships and advance organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Advanced experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge including queries, reporting, imports, and database administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and donor service.

Responsibilities

• Manage advancement databases, ensure data integrity and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee all gift processing, including entry, acknowledgment, and tracking in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Generate reports, donor lists, and data segments for campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with Finance on gift reconciliation, reporting, pledge tracking, and fund creation.
• Create dashboards, reports, and fundraising analyses for decision making.
