Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in fundraising, development operations, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics, CRM systems, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity and secure constituent records in Raiser's Edge.
• Manage donor records, reports, and analytics to inform strategy.
• Coordinate annual giving campaigns and donor communications.
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations with Business Office.
• Develop data entry standards and training for Advancement team.
• Support grant proposals and cross-department collaboration.
