Job summary

FaithBridge Foster Care, Georgia’s largest Christ-centered foster care agency located in metro Atlanta, is seeking a Donor Database Specialist to support development operations, CRM strategy, and donor engagement.

You will serve as the primary Bloomerang administrator, manage gift processing and reports, conduct prospect research, and lead donation analytics while helping coordinate annual fund campaigns with the Development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in nonprofit fundraising, development operations, and/or donor relations.
• Good working experience with individuals, church groups and staff.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Bloomerang or similar) and Microsoft Office; Excel preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing development knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Bloomerang CRM; ensure data integrity and real-time donor interactions.
• Train staff on CRM usage and donor engagement processes.
• Conduct donor segmentation and prospect research to support cultivation strategies.
• Analyze donor data, campaign performance, giving trends, and engagement patterns.
• Prepare and distribute weekly financial and donor reports; manage gift processing and acknowledgments.
• Manage donor portfolios and coordinate annual fund campaigns with the Development team.
