Job summary

Perfect Timing Personnel Services is seeking a Part-Time Development Operations & CRM Specialist for a temporary 2-3 month assignment in San Rafael, CA. The role focuses on donor data management, gift processing, and reporting to support fundraising operations.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will maintain donor records in Bloomerang, generate reports, ensure accurate contributions, and provide professional donor service with an emphasis on data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development operations, donor database administration, or related experience.
• Experience with CRM/database systems; Bloomerang experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including reporting and data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process donations, pledges, and payments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and administer the organization's donor CRM system (Bloomerang)
• Update constituent records, giving history, and communication preferences
• Generate fundraising, donor, and campaign reports; investigate data discrepancies
• Prepare gift acknowledgments and donor correspondence
• Provide professional customer service to donors and stakeholders
• Support fundraising campaigns and general development operations
• Maintain confidentiality of donor, financial, and organizational information
