92nd Street Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Association is seeking a Development Associate, Operations to manage donation processing and data integrity across fundraising efforts. You will work with the Development team to ensure gifts are accurately coded and donor intent is preserved in the CRM.
The role supports office operations, with responsibilities including reconciling data, maintaining acknowledgement templates, and providing backup donor service via phone and email.
The Development Associate, Operations is a detailed and process-oriented individual responsible for donation processing for the Development department. This position will be involved in leveraging the database to ensure data accuracy and integrity across fundraising efforts in partnership with various Development team members.
The Development Associate, Operations is a gift processor and supports the general operations of the Development office.
20 hours/week: Monday and Wednesday 9:00am-5:00pm and Thursday 10:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid meal break.
Schedule may have flexibility.
$31,200
