• Draft, edit, and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Prospect2, Active Campaign, or Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce donor communications and invitations.
• Support major gifts, campaigns, and donor stewardship messaging.
• Coordinate video and audio content capture and use for donor storytelling.
• Partner with Marketing on content and timelines and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Ensure timely, accurate, high-quality materials are delivered.
• Manage audience segmentation and lists with analytics support.
