Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to draft, edit, and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across departments with strong organizational skills.
• Experience using Prospect2, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or other email marketing platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications to support membership, ADC, major gifts, donor engagement, and events.
• Draft, format, and produce donor emails and invitations, stewardship updates, and impact materials.
• Coordinate video and audio content capture for donor storytelling and coordinated content with Marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure communications align with development priorities and campaigns.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across the Development team from concept to completion.
• Coordinate audience segmentation and lists in partnership with Analytics.
• Ensure communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with donor engagement strategies.
