Job summary

Union Arts Center, the home of ACT Contemporary Theatre and Seattle Shakespeare Company, is seeking a Donor Stewardship Coordinator. The role supports donor events, communications, and stewardship activities within a collaborative arts organization in Seattle.

Responsibilities include event planning, RSVP management, and budgeting support. Applicants should have a BA or equivalent experience and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of development experience preferred (from context)

Responsibilities

• Manage all donor events implementation including invitation design and delivery, catering and décor, RSVPs, and related tasks.
• Coordinate invitation design and delivery for all donor events.
• Ensure accurate RSVP tracking for donor events using Tessitura and GoFundMePro.
• Manage logistics and support planning for the annual gala and other fundraising events, including vendor relations and invoicing.
• Assist in budgeting stewardship and fundraising events.
• Attend all stewardship events.
• Write and edit donor communications, including Wordfly formatting.
• Support front-line fundraisers in special initiatives to steward major donors.
• Liaise between front-of-house, box office and donor tickets, including RSVPs for Opening Night.
