Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University Foundation seeks a Development Specialist to provide administrative, project coordination, and donor engagement support for the Community Programs team. You will work with donors, volunteers, faculty, and colleagues across the Foundation and OHSU to coordinate projects, events, and team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Experience with project coordination.
• Event fundraising experience preferred.
• Foundation, healthcare, or university experience preferred.
• Experience working in Salesforce or another CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Support by managing calendars, meetings, travel, and prioritizing commitments.
• Support Workflow & Project Management, document processes, and drive execution with team members.
• Assist Donor Meeting & Event Support, prepare briefing materials, and track follow-ups for donor interactions.
