Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Technician to determine donor eligibility, perform plasma collection, and process products while maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance. You will ensure donor safety, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Deliver high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Assess donor eligibility by conducting vitals, testing, and registration per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions during procedures for safety and product quality.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms/adverse events.
