Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to support donor eligibility assessments, plasmapheresis collection, and product processing in a compliant donor center environment.

Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis equipment, maintaining safety and quality, ensuring proper handling of samples, and providing excellent donor service while adhering to SOPs and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing following SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records and ensure proper storage and transport of samples.
