Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Technician to determine donor eligibility, conduct plasma collection, and process products while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. You will support donor safety, confidentiality, and high-quality operations in a center setting.

The role involves operating plasmapheresis equipment, performing basic tests, ensuring proper documentation, and collaborating with team members to maintain clean, compliant centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of clerical or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, donor confidentiality, and positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments, including vitals and basic tests, to ensure safety and product quality.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms during procedures.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including sample handling and shipments in compliance with SOPs.
