Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is expanding and seeking a dedicated team member to support plasma collection, processing, and donor care in our Jacksonville center. You will ensure compliance, maintain equipment, and deliver excellent donor experiences.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, basic computer skills, and willingness to work day/evening/weekends. Formal training is provided and opportunities for career growth across the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write (legibly and accurately), and understand English required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions and manuals required.
• Ability to understand verbal instruction required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Keeps work area clean and well-stocked.
• Maintains Donor Center equipment.
• Monitors donor conditions and ensures safety and quality of plasma product.
• Maintains donor confidentiality and records.
