Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Orange Park, FL is hiring to support donor center operations. You will ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/GMP, maintain donor safety, and manage equipment and records.

The role includes setup for plasmapheresis, care of donors, and proper waste handling in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required; HS diploma or GED is mandatory. Evening/weekend shifts and physical tasks are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• State-required certification or licensing may apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with state and federal regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain high donor service level and a positive donor experience.
• Keep the work area clean and stocked for production needs.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Monitor donor safety and document records per SOPs.
• Handle biohazardous waste and perform routine QCs.
