Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is looking for a donation processor to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in its 100+ locations. This position supports fast-paced operations and adherence to standard operating procedures.

You will provide donation receipts, sort donations, assist with loading/unloading, and collaborate with staff. Weekly pay, PTO, discount, and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill of North Georgia ADC within the territory as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment while following SOPs.
• Display a professional, patient, and people-first attitude with guests.
• Provide donation receipts to each guest at donation.
• Sort donations into designated categories and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and work as part of a team.
