Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a donations processor to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. You will process items quickly, following standard operating procedures, and maintain a neat donor area.

The role emphasizes guest service, clear communication, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety rules. Training is provided, with benefits including weekly pay, PTO, discounts, and access to job skills training.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills expected.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a healthy team culture of guest experience.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift; certification eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and guest-first attitude.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation time.
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems per SOPs.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Effectively communicate with management when necessary.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading donations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
