Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a donation processor responsible for thoroughly examining and grading donated goods to sell in our Retail stores. The role works in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals while following standard operating procedures.

You will sort donations, issue receipts to guests, assist truck drivers, and maintain a clean donor area. We offer benefits and training to help you grow personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods for sale in Retail stores.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Provide a donation receipt to guests at the time of donating.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain a neat, clean donor door area/ADC location.
• Follow safety and standard operating procedures.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
