Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a Center Manager-level individual to oversee personnel in production areas and support achievement of production and cost goals. You will report to the Center Manager and help manage staffing, training, and performance.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, coordinating audits, and maintaining safety for donors and staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a regulated industry.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to be mobile for an entire work shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and occasional travel.
