The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and collaboration with corporate teams on CAPA and improvements. Must be able to work varied shifts in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years related experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of operations/supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years of people management including recruiting/training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Host and support audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, training docs, and audit records.
• Mentor staff and enforce safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.
• Manage donor center facilities, assets, and equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement efficiency, and P.O. submission.
• Protect product integrity and proper storage according to SOPs.
• Analyze KPIs to drive production goals, costs, and quality improvements.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, and HR decisions.
• Foster inclusive culture and adherence to HR policies.
• Manage payroll records, scheduling, and staff allocation.
• Cultivate donor relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Lead routine staff and leadership meetings.
• Notify supervisor of irregularities.
• Coordinate CAPA with corporate departments for efficiency.
