You will lead inspections, drive CAPA, oversee maintenance, and guide training while managing budgets, staffing, and donor relations. The position requires strong leadership, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, and proven ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of people management required including recruiting, training, etc.
• Experience in fiscal management and budgeting practices preferred.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily donor center operations to ensure efficient, compliant performance.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assist with inspections conducted by regulatory agencies and customers.
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Partner with departments to implement CAPA and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Promote safety, health, and environmental policies; provide training and enforce practices.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and keep the facility clean and maintained.
• Safeguard product and sample storage integrity; manage unsuitable product and shipments.
• Support fiscal performance through production goals, cost control, and inventory management.
• Provide input on performance evaluations and development plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with HR policies and employee relations standards.
• Serve as a Designated Trainer for training and certification; assess progress.
• Maintain visible leadership through area walkthroughs and address operational deficiencies.
• Cultivate donor relationships and support marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings for resource allocation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
