Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily donor center operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead staff, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across all center activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, implementing CAPA, managing training, and supporting budget and inventory controls to meet production goals while fostering a positive team culture aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–3 years in operations and supervisory roles.
• 1–3 years people management, including recruiting and training.
• Experience in fiscal management and budgeting preferred.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP SOPs to maintain quality and safety.
• Lead donor center operations and oversee staff scheduling and payroll.
• Support inspections and CAPA implementation with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and inventory control to meet production goals.
• Provide input on performance evaluations and HR actions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive culture aligned with HR policies.
