Job summary

Join Parachute is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Brunswick, GA center. You will partner with the Center Director to drive daily operations, donor experience, and compliance. You’ll lead by example on the donor floor and foster a positive, high-growth culture.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve performance. This full-time role offers path for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or higher education required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work extended shifts as needed; capable of standing or sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor, ensuring smooth flow and retention.
• Partner with Center Director to plan goals around operations and donor experience.
• Coach team members in real time and lead by example.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory standards and support audits.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies; recruit and develop staff.
• Align team on priorities through regular updates and syncs.
