Join Parachute, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager in Sidney, OH to partner with the Center Director on daily operations and donor-floor leadership. You will model the company culture, ensure a safe and welcoming experience, and drive donor flow and retention in a fast-growth setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter -40°C environments for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• Reliable problem solver with ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations by managing donor flow and ensuring smooth operations.
• Partner with Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations and donor experience.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards; support audits and inspections.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies; recruit and develop staff.
• Communicate expectations through regular team syncs and updates.
