Job summary

Join Parachute in Brunswick, GA, seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the Center Director on daily operations, donor experience, and a welcoming culture. You’ll lead on the donor floor, coach the team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and help drive growth in a high-energy environment.

The role offers up to $70K in total compensation (base $50K–$55K plus up to 25% monthly bonus) plus benefits, with 8 weeks of paid training travel and accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold environments briefly.
• Ability to work day/evening hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor to keep flow and retention strong.
• Partner with Center Director to plan objectives for operations and donor experience.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor safety, quality and regulatory standards and support audits.
• Manage inventory, equipment and supplies.
• Recruit and develop team members and foster accountability.
• Communicate updates and align team priorities daily.
