Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Albany, GA to partner with the Center Director and lead daily operations on the donor floor, ensuring a safe, welcoming experience and smooth donor flow. This role offers growth opportunities within a high-growth team.

Compensation includes up to $70K total, with a $50K–$55K base and up to 25% monthly bonus, plus benefits; travel during an eight-week paid training period is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor, ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
• Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute operations, donor experience, and compliance.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a growth-oriented culture.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and updates.
