Job summary

Parachute is seeking an Assistant Manager in Marion, OH to act as a visible leader on the donor floor and partner with the Center Director on daily operations. This full-time role includes driving donor flow, maintaining safety standards, and coaching staff to deliver a welcoming experience for every donor.

You will play a key role in a fast-growing organization, with compensation up to $70K (base $50K–$55K plus up to 25% monthly bonus) and comprehensive benefits, including training travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand/sit for extended periods, and work in cold environments briefly.
• Flexibility to work day and evening hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor to ensure smooth flow and retention.
• Partner with Center Director to plan goals around operations and donor experience.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory standards; support audits and inspections.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster accountability.
• Communicate updates and align expectations through regular team meetings.
