Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Director in the United States to lead staff and operations at the Midfield donor center. The role focuses on achieving production and quality goals while maintaining strong donor relationships.

The position requires a track record in leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards. You will collaborate with other departments and serve as a key liaison with corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years recruiting, hiring, training and managing performance.
• 1+ year of experience with financial management/budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donor center staff and operations including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT.
• Acts as liaison with corporate functions to ensure center compliance and performance.
• Maintains understanding of state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Ensures compliance with regulations related to product quality, employee and donor safety.
• Ensures shipments and samples are accurate and on schedule.
• Maintains professional relationships with donors to stimulate retention and growth.
• Manages the center budget and monitors financial performance.
• Trains and develops staff per HR policies and guidelines.
• Fosters an environment that supports morale and productivity.
