Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Lumberton, NC. You will partner with the Center Director to manage daily donor-floor operations, ensuring a safe, friendly environment and smooth flow. This is a growth-focused role with a fast-paced, hyper-growth setting and a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, overseeing compliance, and driving donor experience improvements while maintaining inventory and equipment readiness. Travel not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods
• Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor to ensure smooth donor flow
• Partner with the Center Director to plan operations, donor experience, and compliance
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards including audits and inspections
• Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies
• Recruit and develop team members and foster growth and accountability
• Communicate updates and align team on daily priorities
