Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Marion, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Center Director. You’ll lead daily operations on the donor floor, ensure a safe and welcoming experience, and help grow a high-performing team in a fast-growing, people-focused company.

You’ll coach staff, monitor quality and compliance, and help shape donor experience and operations strategy. Travel for 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations is provided, and compensation includes a base salary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to work day/evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations by jumping in on the donor floor and ensuring smooth flow.
• Partner with the Center Director to plan goals around operations and donor experience.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster growth.
