Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wilmington, DE to act as a key partner to the Center Director and lead donor-floor operations with a focus on safety and a welcoming experience. You will drive daily outcomes and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

The role offers a path in a fast-growing plasma donation network with a focus on operational excellence, coaching, and donor experience, backed by competitive compensation and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor ensuring smooth flow and donor retention.
• Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute operations, donor experience, and compliance goals.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a growth culture.
