Qualifications

• License/certification as required by state for physician, RN, LPN or EMT.
• CPR certification current.
• 1 year experience in hospital, field care, or plasma center settings preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility via medical history, physicals, and informed consent.
• Review donor data, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Consult with center physician on abnormal results and eligibility concerns.
• Train and mentor staff; support donor-focused operations and compliance.
