Qualifications

• One or more years in a customer- or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk/stand for long shifts and lift up to 32 lbs (occasional 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at entry and exit of the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Prime and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS system.
